This agreement of
policies is accepted by anyone renting gear from Go To Team,
Incorporated (GTT). The purpose of this document is to clearly
define the responsibilities of GTT and any individuals or
corporations doing business with GTT by renting equipment
(RENTER).
GTT will always provide the RENTER with a written estimate
containing the gear to be rented and the rental period. The
rental period is defined as the date the RENTER is expected
to take possession and return possession to GTT.
The RENTER is responsible for returning all of the rented
equipment to GTT’s offices, prior to the end of the defined
rental period. GTT will only bill for specific days used.
If the RENTER returns the gear prior to the end of the rental
period GTT will credit the RENTER’s account by the appropriate
amount.
The RENTER is responsible for assuring that all appropriate
gear including chargers, tripods, monitors, light bulbs, power
cables, or other necessary accessories are included with each
gear package. Additionally, the RENTER is renting all equipment
on an “as working” basis. The RENTER should assure that the
equipment is performing properly and “as desired”, prior to
taking possession.
The RENTER is entirely responsible for any damage or the
entire retail value of the equipment, unless otherwise specified
by the Insurance Agreement included within.
Upon receiving the equipment back into GTT inventory, GTT
has twenty four (24) hours to review the equipment and insure
that all accessory gear has been returned and that all equipment
is in working order. If GTT finds that any gear is missing
or damaged, during the twenty four (24) hour review period,
GTT will immediately notify the RENTER. The RENTER then has
twenty four (24) hours to return additional items or make
responsible amends. GTT has the right to immediately bill
the RENTER for any equipment repairs or gear replacement.
INSURANCE AGREEMENT
GTT may in certain cases, offer additional insurance to RENTER.
By accepted and offering payment of the insurance, the RENTER
is agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
GTT’s Insurance is provided to protect RENTER against broken
equipment. All equipment should still be returned in its damaged
state. GTT will then have the equipment repairs estimated,
including shipping costs, and provide the estimate to the
RENTER. RENTER is responsible for the first $1000 of repairs.GTT
will then pay for the remaining repairs.
During the rental period the renter must report any incidents
within 48 hours or the coverage is terminated and the renter
is entirely responsible for any damage or the entire retail
value of the equipment. If the renter does not return the
gear during the agreed upon rental period, the coverage is
immediately terminated and the renter is entirely responsible
for any damage or the entire retail value of the equipment.
LEGAL AGREEMENT
In the event that it is necessary for any one of the parties
hereto to bring any action to enforce any of the terms and

and interest on any past due amounts.
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit
of, and be enforceable by, the heirs, assigns, legal representatives,

This Agreement sets forth all of the covenants, promises,
agreements, conditions and understandings between the GTT
and RENTER concerning the rental of equipment described herein
and there are no covenants, promises, agreements, conditions
or understandings, either oral or written, between them other
than as herein set forth or provided in the GTT Estimate or
Invoice.
