Go To Team Nashville Crew | CNBC Power Lunch
Impossible burger or classic burger? The debate between the vegetable-based burger and beef burgers continues on.
CNBC’s TV Business News Program, Power Lunch, takes you through the heart of the business day, and delves into the economy, the markets, real estate, media and technology, basically any place where there’s money to be made!
On this episode CNBC correspondent interviewed Jennifer Houston, co-owner and operator of the East Tennessee Livestock Center, regarding the recent popularity of vegetable-based burgers and whether beef burgers were declining as a result. The shot was framed to get the building’s signage in the shot, using a Lightpanel Astra 6x as a key. Audio consisted of an exposed Sanken mic, clipped onto Houston’s jacket.
Houston was great to work with, and her interview proved interesting, as she concluded that beef consumption has risen since last year, even in the wake of the rising popularity of vegetarian options. A quick but fascinating interview!
Thank you to CNBC for having Go To Teams video camera crew come out to film for Power Lunch! We look forward to working with you again in the future!
