Go To Team St. Louis Crew | Davenport Levee Breaks

“Drove my Chevy to the levee but the levee was dry”….but really. If you live in Davenport, IA the levee was not dry and it was also no longer contained. Our thoughts are with all who have been affected by this incident!

The Weather Channel worked with Go To Team’s St. Louis cameraman, Kyle Kaiser, to assist in broadcasting updates about the recent flooding. When the crew first arrived they shot b-roll footage and a few interviews so that they would have material to reference for live hits later that day. The crew captured all B-roll and SOTs of the flooding on an HDX900.

The crew used a Genaray light and an on-camera light to light the talent. The Genaray light was important to use in this shoot in order to capture the weather story in an effective way.
