CLT & Charleston Crew Tackle SMT with Dale Jr.

Dave Baker and I recently shot at Dirty Mo Acres as part of a Nation wide  Satellite Media Tour with Dale Earnhardt Jr. Dale. Dale was promoting a contest for his Ultimate ’56 Nomad and in true NASCAR fashion, it was a sweet lime green color in honor of his #88 Diet Mountain Dew race car.

Our day began with blocking out our main shot followed by the camera moves for the second “car cam” angle. Once everything was set we moved our 12x silk & Kobold HMI”s in and we were ready to rock and roll.

The shoot wrapped and Dale was out of the hot seat before we could even grab his lav. Ha! We all know thats never the case with that guy. All in all  it was a great shoot day with a lot of friendly and familiar Charlotte colleagues.
