Our Crews are all Staff Directors of Photography and have years of experience. They’re trained through Go To Team’s one of a kind, Federally Accredited Apprenticeship program, provided the very best gear in the industry, placed strategically and marketed as Elite.  Every Go To Team camera crew travels with a full gear package, including several cameras and lenses, multiple light kits, full sound package, and extras like HMI lighting, sliders and too many other tools.

Roger has won an Emmy for his work. Awards and accolades are second to the great energy and hard working attitude he brings to the shoot. Roger is responsible for DPing HGTV’s hit “Fixer Upper”. Roger’s personality is infectious and producers and clients love working with him.

Nate’s making cool TV, the Texas way. After working on HGTV’s hit show ‘Fixer Upper’, Nate has also shot for other clients such as HBO, ESPN, FOX Sports and WWE to name a few. Nate’s embraced Texas but shoots in New Orleans and the rest of Louisiana often.

Jordan is killing it in Cleveland! Jordan has worked for clients such as ABC, CNBC, Overtime, ESPN, and Weather Channel just to name a few. Jordan has several years of experience as a DP and is a passionate storyteller in all sides of video production.

Zach Caby

Seattle based GTT DP, Zach Caby is always looking for a challenge.  Zach’s years of experience Directing, Producing, Shooting and Editing interviews and multi-cam events make him any producer and editors best friend. “I’ve lit, mic’d and shot a hundred+ live events, interviews and promotional pieces.

Reinaldo Gentile-Rondon

Originally from Upstate, NY, Reinaldo is proud of his New York heritage and the culture that comes with it. That said, he currently calls Nashville home. Reinaldo enjoys being creative with lighting set-ups, as well as capturing sports footage  He has worked with high-quality clients such as Turner, WWE, NFL Network, CBS, ABC, the Weather Channel, Hilton, Hulu, and many more!

Derrick Butler

Derrick now calls Miami Home!  He loves being behind the camera and working with clients to bring their vision to life. He’s ready for what ever Florida throws at him. His Go To attitude and creative eye makes him a no brainer for your next shoot.

Jalen Phillips

Hailing from Oxford, Mississippi, Jalen has now made Charlotte his new home. He got his start behind the camera as a combat photographer in the Marine Corps and has since gone on to work for ESPN, Major League Soccer, XFL, and E! Network.

Drew Pilot 

Drew brings his shooting experience to Las Vegas. He’s ready to shoot news, sports, reality, and documentary shooting while bringing his creativity and professionalism to every set.
