Howdy y’all! Did you catch the CMA Awards Last Night?? 

Some of our favorites in the industry like Carrie Underwood, Reba McEntire, and Dolly Parton took to the stage to host the 53rd Annual Country Music Association Awards in Nashville, TN.

The CMA Awards is one of the biggest events for country music, where artists gather together in one room to celebrate each other’s accomplishments. The night was filled with celebration and unforgettable performances by some of country music’s biggest names like Kacey Musgraves, Willie Nelson, Miranda Lambert, Garth Brooks and Blake Shelton!

E! News hit the red carpet with Go To Team’s Nashville DP, Peter Leininger, and apprentice, Emma Vogelmeier, to interview the stunning stars dressed to the nines as they headed into the award show. Peter used a Sony F5 camera to capture the star-studded carpet interviews and had two F5 decks along with it, one to plug into the fashion feed then the pressroom feed, then one to use for play-out at StagePost. 

   A special congratulations to Blake Shelton for taking home an award for his hit single! Other award winners were Dan + Shay, Dierks Bentley, Maren Morris, and Thomas Rhett! To check out all the other winners and nominees of the night, click here!
