New York City DP Takes on Narrative Short

What happens when you have Two David’s and a Philip? We get a great 4 day shoot in June. Director David Weilert and screenwriter/producer Philip Ramos created a great story with a working title: The Worst Best Man Ever.
From weddings scenes, bars scenes, dinner scenes, and great b-roll of NYC – we got to create an amazing short. We used a Sony FX9 with two lens options: Canon 16-35 mm and Sony 28-135mm.
Being a DP on it this was surly one of the most exciting. It’s been a pleasure to work with David and Philip. From the first time we met at Oscar Wilde to our scouting of the wolfhound. It’s great to experience full circle moments.
